( 1 ) Returnable Items are marked: RETURNABLE Item or STOCK ITEM 

A return authorization number is mandatory when returning all in stock off the shelf items, such as:

• Menu Papers
• Table Tent Insert Cards 
• EasyLoad Vinyl Pockets 
• Metal Rings for Table Tents
• STOCK Wood Table Tents 
   

These products ONLY can be returned for a credit or refund and NO Restocking Fee will be charged, however a return must be requested within 10 days of receipt of order and must be received by Maverick Menus in the same condition, in the same cartons you received them and within 20 days of issuance of Return Authorization Number. After Maverick Menus receives your return, inspects it and approves all merchandise has been returned in good condition, a credit will be issued back to you via the same method in which you paid for your order, but less all shipping charges.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (both ways) when returning ANY PRODUCT.

NON-STOCK Item 

and may not be returned for a credit or refund. Custom made, foil stamped, blind embossed, silk screened, laser engraved, and or personalized products CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

Charges will apply for cancelling custom orders already in production for time and material expenses.

[CC]=Custom Color:   Custom Color non-stock items may not be returned for a credit or refund. Table Tent orders that are placed selecting a product containing [CC] in the description of the product on it's page are classified as Non-Returnable Items and CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
